You may want us to handle your rental bookings only. In addition you may want guests to be welcomed on arrival, weekly cleaning or total property management. We offer all these services.

This site includes an on-line booking facility, essential for the increasing number of independent tourists seeking self catering accommodation and wanting to achieve a booking quickly.
We create your advertisement. This includes:
(1) A home page brief summary with thumbnail photo
(2) A property page containing full description with up to 8 photographs
(3) Pricing structure (normally charged by party size and calendar band) |

A one-off charge of 150 euros + IVA (currently 14%) if you supply photos
A charge of 250 euros +IVA if we take the photos

We feel that this is essential to optimise the number of rental enquiries your property will receive. Holiday Rentals is an international site which attracts an enormously high level of visitors and generates about 75% of our enquiries. These are directed to us by email and by SMS. On-line bookings cannot be made on this site.
Holiday Rentals charge approx 250 euros per annum per advertisement, see
rates on their website.
In addition, we make a one-off charge of 75 euros + IVA (currently 14%) for
uploading the advertisement content and photos.
Annual updating is only charged if more than 3 hours work is involved, at 20
euros per hour + IVA.

Arrange cleaner, gardener, swimming pool maintenance, etc. whether the property is rented or not |

Visit once per fortnight (minimum) to check security, etc.. |
c. |
Maintain and manage financial float. |
d. |
Pay bills as required - council, utilities, insurances, cleaning, laundry, etc - and respond to correspondence. |
e. |
Arrange attendance of professionals for work/repairs. |
f. |
Respond to call-out/emergency situations. |
g. |
Retain responsibility for property. |
