In some cases I handle only enquiries and bookings; in others I also organize cleaning and meet & greet.
Over the past twelve months most owners have also agreed to the promotion of their properties on www.holiday-rentals.com. Enquiries come direct to me and the availability chart is copied on to my site. This has worked very well. Over the past year 55% of my bookings have been generated by holiday-rentals compared with 45% through my site. My own site provides important credibility – I direct all enquiries to my own booking procedures and terms & conditions and 85% of enquiries have been converted into bookings.
Several properties that I rent out have been purchased through the property purchasing services offered by my husband Tony - see www.island-homes.biz – and are now under his day-to-day management. Hence the “friendship” factor!
My aim is to offer guests and owners ' a dedicated and personal service where you can be certain of good value for money'.
