CHOOSE ONE OF THESE PAYMENT OPTIONS:

- HOLD FOR 48 HOURS – PAY LATER

Our system will confirm your provisional booking and, for those paying by bank transfer, give you our bank account details.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT: You pay 30% of the rent in euros
EITHER by credit/debit card at the time of booking
OR by bank transfer to our Portuguese bank account to reach us within 5 days. Account details will be included in the automated email confirming your provisional booking.

Our system will confirm safe receipt by email as soon as payment reaches us.

IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED

PLEASE ENSURE WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- party leader name, address, home and mobile phone numbers
- names of all party members
- flight numbers, arrival/departure times at Funchal airport
- airport transfer and/or car hire requirements

We will communicate by phone or email to ensure that we have everything necessary for your holiday to run smoothly.

BALANCE PAYMENT: will be due six weeks (42 days) before your arrival.

Our system will send you a reminder that the balance is due and confirm by email when it has been received.

If you book within six weeks of arrival, you pay the full rental cost by electronic transfer or credit card when you make the booking.

We will send by email arrival and departure arrangements, with directions if needed, when we have received final payment and know your flight details.
