We handle rental enquiries and bookings in good faith and ensure the provision of the rental service as advertised. We do not accept liability for unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation or disappointment and we recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

Terms and conditions for holiday rentals
You must be over 18 years and have read our booking procedures and terms and conditions before making a booking with us.
You are normally requested to arrive no earlier than 15.00 hrs at the start of your holiday and depart no later than 10.00 hrs when vacating. We will do our best to accommodate different timings providing we have agreed these with you in advance in writing. We ask you to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and to be responsible for any damages or breakages that might occur.
Keys will be delivered and collected by arrangement.
The number of guests occupying the property must be as agreed at the time of booking or as shown on your online booking form.
We and the owners of properties accept no responsibility for accidents to guests or to loss or damage to their property.

Cancellation policy
We require notice of cancellation by email, fax or letter at least 42 days before your arrival date, in which case we will retain your 30% deposit or refund 70% of your rental fee. Alternatively, you can change your booking dates at the same property within a six month period, subject to availability. If your notice of cancellation falls within 42 days prior to your arrival, we have the right to retain your rental fee in full. Having said this, we will always do our best to find other occupants for the period that you have cancelled.
